In the Train
Early in the morning, staff on duty came to wake all passengers up. No one could have any chance for over-sleeping.
After the journey by train, I understood why the train remains the most popular form of
public transportation for inter-city travels in China. To me, the railway service is safe,
efficient, clean and cheap.

From Kunming railway station, I took bus no. 2 to Bai Hui Shopping Mall 百汇商场 bus stop.
The famous Green Lake is nearby. I walked along the south direction of Green Lake 翠湖南路 and turned to right lane just before 翠湖宾馆. After about 3 left turn, I reached Lost Garden guest house. I felt good seeing same faces at the guest house after leaving for six days.
After keeping my luggage, without wasting any time, I headed for World Horti-Expo Garden.
I spent quite some time for finding the way as I did not take the right bus. In fact, I just needed about one hour to reach there by bus if I had had taken the right bus.
Visitors can take the bus no 904, 905, 182, 235, A12, C136, 10,
69 or 71 to go to World Horti-Expo Garden

I spent hours at World Horti-Expo until sunset.
At night, I had a dinner in a restaurant at Wen Ling Street 文林街. Since Wen Ling
Street is nearby the guest house I stayed, I managed to take a nice shower before going there.
